BUREVESTNIK
The project "BUREVESTNIK" is the result of a careful creative process that began with the inspiration of a musical piece which led to the creation of a dark but powerful image. The main emphasis was to convey a dynamic and strong character through the movement of lines that resembled whirling winds. The energy imprinted in his body unfolds in space like an abstract storm.
To complete the main canvas and give it the desired effect, a transparent film was used. This material allowed to use a variety of textures, creating physical layers and adding the intended "dirt".
After preparing all the textures and components for the project, I undertook a thorough process of scanning and digitizing each element to integrate them into a digital format. This stage was essential, since every detail became a key tool for implementing the plan. As a result, more than 170 assets were created, which served as the basis for future compositions. The finalization of the project was the key point where all the ideas and details merged into completed compositions.
All this is a digital embodiment of my soul.
I created a dark, "shabby" but strong image where the movement of the lines resembles the whirlwinds within the silhouette.
The main accent was to transfer the character, which should be dynamic and powerful.
To complete the main canvas and provide it with the certain character, I printed the work on transparencies.
The material allowed me to add a variety of textures and colors, creating physical layers and giving the work desired "dirtiness".
The great importance was to capture the process’ footage on film.
This move the project an analogue form, allowing these points to be integrated into the overall concept of the work.
Finally, all the necessary textures and parts were ready, I began scanning and digitizing each element to integrate them into a digital format.
It was a tedious process as each detail played its part and became a key tool for the embodiment.
With so many materials, I began to create compositions, combining each element into a single whole.
The key point was the finalization, where all the ideas and details merged into the completed parts of the project.
Altogether, this process from inspiration to implementation, from idea to final visual,
where every texture and every detail became an integral part of the story.
All this is a digital embodiment of my soul.
